1 Hour Free Trial (N.A. during lockdown)
ISHO has a one-hour free trial policy. Wherein, for an hour after your product(s) have been delivered and assembled, you are given the opportunity to judge the furniture in your space at no extra cost. If you are not satisfied, we will take it back. If you made your payment online you will be fully refunded within 7-10 days. Please note that free assembly and trial services are only available at the time of delivery and can not postponed. Any further visits required for assembly for that product or products will incur a minimum fee of BDT 500, or 2% of the product’s price. If an item is returned during the trial period and then ordered again at a later date, a minimum fee of BDT 500, or 2% of the product’s price will be charged for re-delivery of that particular product. Once you have confirmed a delivery date and time, changing it will incur a minimum fee of BDT 500, or 2% of the product's price.
1 Year Free Service Warranty
ISHO provides a 1 year free service warranty for manufacturing faults. This warranty covers the repair and/or replacement of any defective parts. The warranty does not apply in case of damages due to misuse of product, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. The warranty is only to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product. For product repair beyond the aforementioned points, fees will apply. Exchange of Product
If you change your mind, you may seek replacement with a different product of the same price or higher within 7 days. No cash refund will be provided. If your product of choice is of a higher price, you must pay the difference in price. A 10% service charge will be applied for re-delivery. We are unable to provide an exchange for your items if the product is found to be dirty, stained, scratched, damaged or abused.
Clearance items are not considered within 1 year warranty/ 1 hr trial.
Repair Policy and Charges
We offer repair services for all ISHO products. If your product has crossed its free warranty period or the damages are not covered in the warranty offered, you can still get your furniture repaired at an additional cost.
