We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will apply only to orders placed after the revised version is published.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a contract;
  • The information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all descriptions, dimensions, specifications and photographs are accurate. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on screen settings and natural material characteristics.

All products are intended for domestic use unless otherwise specified.

3. Ordering Process

Orders may be placed with or without creating an account.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Pricing errors;
  • Payment issues;
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in GBP (£).

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes will be clearly displayed before checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Payment

We accept payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase.

Full payment is required before production and dispatch of the order.

Orders will only proceed after successful payment authorization.

6. Delivery

ISHO products are manufactured and supplied internationally. Estimated delivery times are typically between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on product availability and destination.

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by:

  • Customs clearance;
  • Shipping delays;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will endeavour to keep customers informed of any significant delays.

7. Customer Responsibility for Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be delivered safely into the intended premises.

Please verify:

  • Door widths;
  • Staircases;
  • Hallways;
  • Elevators;
  • Access routes.

Product dimensions are available on individual product pages.

ISHO shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from insufficient access.

Any additional delivery or re-delivery costs arising from access restrictions may be charged to the customer.

8. Storage and Delivery Rescheduling

If you wish to postpone delivery, please notify us at least four 1 week before the scheduled delivery date.

Delivery postponements exceeding fourteen (14) days may incur storage or inventory holding charges, which will be communicated to you before they are applied.

9. Warranty

All ISHO furniture is manufactured with care and undergoes quality checks before dispatch.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects under applicable consumer protection laws.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Improper use;
  • Accidental damage;
  • Damage caused after delivery;
  • Exposure to moisture, heat, sunlight or chemicals;
  • Damage resulting from incorrect assembly or misuse.

10. Damaged or Defective Goods

Customers should inspect products upon delivery.

Supporting photographs may be requested.

Where appropriate, we may repair, replace or refund the affected product in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

11. Returns and Cancellation

Consumers may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Due to the nature of furniture and international fulfilment, customers should contact us before initiating a return.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused;
  • Be in their original condition;
  • Include original packaging where reasonably possible.

Products damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

12. Product Availability

Although we aim to maintain accurate inventory information, availability is not guaranteed.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and designs, is the property of ISHO or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISHO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the customer's place of residence and applicable consumer protection legislation.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities.
