Does ISHO offer assembly services?
We have an assembly service. A member of staff will come to your home when the product is being delivered, and assemble and set up your product in the space.

What are the payment options at ISHO?
ISHO allows payment online through debit and credit cards, bKash, and Rocket. We also allow payments to be made in installments for certain products (EMI). You can also pay cash on delivery.

What is the maximum amount on which cash on delivery is available?
Cash on delivery is available for orders totaling under BDT 100,000.

Do you take payment by Bkash/Rocket for delivery? (For product)
No, we don’t.

Can I take the EMI Facility?
Yes, you can avail of EMI with all major banks for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. However, all orders must be placed online to avail of EMI.

What is the ISHO Return Policy?
ISHO has a trial system, wherein you can return the product one hour after it has been assembled in your space. For returns and exchanges after that, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.  

Do you provide any warranty/guaranty?
ISHO provides One Year Free Service warranty for any manufacturing fault. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective part.

Do you offer any discount?
No, we only offer special discounts during festivals. We also have an ongoing clearance sale on previous collections. Currently, we also offer a 7% discount on payments made via SCB, MTB, CITY BANK, EBL cards.

What is the purpose of an ISHO coupon?
ISHO coupons can be used on both the ISHO website and in the physical ISHO store to make use of the discount mentioned on the coupon. 

Do you have any product Brochure?
No, we don’t. However, you can visit our website (www.isho.com), where you will find all the relevant details, including product categories and their accurate measurements. For corporate customers, we have a printed catalog showcasing our office collections.

How do I know if an item is available?
The availability of an item is shown on the individual page for each product.

Which materials do you use?
For wooden products, we use American hard white ash and high-grade Mahogany wood.

Which types of color have your product?
Our wooden products can be found in four different colors – light, dark, black, and white. We have an array of colors for fabric, velvet, and faux leather options. You can try out and see our products in different colors, at 360-degree rotation, on our website (www.isho.com).

We have products and solutions for home and office. Are you looking for anything specific?

Do you purchase products from abroad?
All our furniture is manufactured locally. However, some of our products are imported to ensure the best possible quality.

Do you make any customized products?
No. However, we have a lot of design and color options in each of the product, and you can check our products on our website (www.isho.com

Do you provide any kitchen related items?
Yes, we have the Dinner Wagon, shelves, and console tables that can be used in the kitchen along with our Flexi series. Flexi series provide modular solutions to office pantries and home kitchens.

Do you have any kitchen cabinets?
No, we don’t have it yet, but this is something we are currently working on. Please keep an eye out and follow our page on Facebook & Instagram for updates.

Do you provide any Baby related items/products or Mattress?
Yes, we have baby products. You can find them under the ‘Baby and Children Products’ segment on our website (www.isho.com). Do you have three doors Almirah?

You can book an appointment with our consultant online, who will be available to assist you and cater to your specific needs.

How can we clean your product (Wood/Fabrics/Velvet)?
To clean our products, you can hire cleaning agents or you can clean them by yourselves using -For wood-damp cloth or any soft micro-fiber fabric

For faux leather/velvet - Vacuum cleaner or damp cloth

How can I disable my account and stop receiving emails?
Please send an email to info@isho.com with your phone, email, and last time when you sign in to the system. We will call you directly for confirmation and will disable your account. So you will not receive any email later on.

Does ISHO offer delivery services?
We do have a delivery service. Once you order from the website, you can expect the product to be delivered to your home in 7-10 days.

Within how many days you can deliver the product (For new online/store order)
Within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the product(s) you want.

Do you provide any delivery inside Dhaka free of cost/without any charge?
All the deliveries inside Dhaka are free of cost.

It depends on the specific location as the shipping cost varies from place to place.

When will you repair my product?
After seeing the photo of the damaged product, if we deem the damage to be a manufacturing fault, we will communicate in regards to the timeline when we can repair your products.

How long will it take to repair the product(s)?
If it is applicable, then it should take about 7 to 14 business days.

Did the customer ask regarding product strength and quality-related questions?
We use solid wood with an efficient seasoning process, excellent chemical treatment, right joineries. In some cases, we use metal inserts for extra strength. Additionally, we use American hard white ash and high-grade Mahogany wood for all our wooden products. So, our product quality is excellent, durable, and unique in design.

Customer complains about repair/damage related-Table/Chair leg broken, Tabletop/side damage, Laker, screw, and nut loose, color fade?
We can only repair damages caused by manufacturing defects or delivery mishandling.
