Customers can cancel an order within 5 days from the order date and get a full refund. Any cancellation after 5 days will be subject to a 10% charge of the invoice value.

Cancellation of order after delivery is not allowed.

​​For reasons beyond control, ISHO may cancel your order. In such cases, ISHO will refund the customer in full.

Exchange of Product

If you change your mind, you may seek replacement with a different product of the same price or higher within 7 days. No cash refund will be provided. If your product of choice is of a higher price, you must pay the difference in price.

A 10% service charge will be applied for re-delivery. We are unable to provide an exchange for your items if the product is found to be dirty, stained, scratched, damaged or abused.
