You can pay online through PayPal and all major International Debit and Credit Cards. Visa, Master Card, American Express, Union Pay card accepted in our system.

Our Signing Up Process
I have signed up and am having difficulty getting the OTP?
We send OTP in your registered email address. If this happens, please check your Wi-Fi or internet connection and if your mobile network is working properly. Alternatively, please also look to clean the cache of your browser by clicking ctrl + F5 (at the same time). Please also check whether you are using a spam blocker on your mobile. If you still face a problem then please send an email to [email protected] with your phone number and our IT team will be in touch.
I am having difficulty getting register although I did successfully get the OTP?
If this happens, please look to clean your cache by clicking ctrl + F5 (at the same time). You may try another browser or you may reset your browser cookies. If you still face a problem then please send an email to [email protected] with your phone number and our IT team will be in touch.
How can I disable my account and stop receiving emails?
Please send an email to [email protected] with your phone number, registered email and details of the last time you signed in. Our IT team will then be in touch to confirm your identity. Upon confirmation, we will then disable your account.
Our Delivery Services
Does ISHO deliver?
Yes, we do. Once you order from our website, you can expect all our products to be delivered within 25-30 days.
Do you deliver all across India?
Our delivery is currently available only in selected pin codes of Mumbai and Pune.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, we do. A member of staff will come to your location after your product is delivered. They will help and assist you in setting up your product at no cost.
Can I avail Cash on Delivery (COD) service?
We accept only online payment.
Our Repair and Warranty Services
Does my product come with a warranty?
No, ISHO uses stringent quality control.
I’ve noticed a fault or I have received a faulty product. What should I do?
Once you notice a fault please send us a photo of the product and the area in question. You can send your photo to [email protected]. After inspecting and evaluating the photo of the damaged product, if we deem the damage to be a manufacturing fault then we will be in touch.
Our Customization policy
Can I change the size of my own furniture?
Unfortunately, we can’t cater to this request. We follow very stringent production guidelines and each and every product of ours is made for use. Whether it’s the size or fabric of a particular product we ensure what you see is what you get.

Our Product Changing Policy
What is the ISHO Return/Exchange Policy?
If you change your mind, you may seek for change with a different product of the same price or higher within 3 days of placing order. No exchange and cash refund will be provided after this time. If your product of choice is of a higher price, you must pay the difference in price.
