Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (optional) is only applicable for order value up to BDT 7000
Terms of payment
Any order value above BDT 7000 needs to be paid in full in advance. (COD option is applicable for order value up to BDT 7000)
VAT has to be paid in excess of the total amount of payment. VAT Challan will be provided to the customers.
Inventory holding cost
If a customer decides to extend the delivery date; they must do so by four (04) days before the given date of delivery. Such an extension must not be more than 14 days (2 weeks). If the extension is more than 2 weeks, the customer must pay a holding cost of 0.20% of the total order value per day.
- ISHO uses top quality raw materials, deploys top craftsmanship, and performs stringent quality control. Once the product is delivered, assembled, and accepted by the customer, ISHO will assume that it has fully performed on its obligations.
